Simon Elliott has over 25 years’ experience leading employee communication and engagement programmes across diverse businesses. Following an early career with Castrol, Simon joined BP where he held a variety of operational, functional and group roles.

Measurement and insights have been an increasingly important part of Simon’s work and he has specialised exclusively in this area. Managing and delivering employee engagement surveys, introducing innovative research techniques; and developing programmes to track and evaluate business change. The thread that runs through all Simon’s work is the firm belief that all measurement activity should originate from, and lead to, better business performance. Giving employees ‘a voice’ and strengthening the connection between leaders and their teams.
